i had an amazing stay at the hacienda during my visit to bogota. the breakfast was fantastic and the views of the mountains from my room exceeded my expectations. easily one of the best hotels i've been to for a luxurious holiday.

The noise levels in the mornings were surprisingly disruptive!!! An iron and hairdryer might be nice additions!!! a remote for the TV would be helpful to avoid confusion!!!

The security personnel, particularly Mr Jorge, provided exceptional service, including escorting me safely to a nearby supermarket, which truly reflected the hotel's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was marred by an unwelcoming clerk who lacked the friendliness one would expect after a long journey, impacting the overall first impression of the hotel.

It was just a great match for a city escape in Bogota with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff went above and beyond. I left a valuable item behind, and they returned it to me beautifully packaged. Make sure to explore the nearby shopping mall for convenient options.

I had an amazing stay, the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible with a vast selection of fresh fruits, and my room was spacious and well-equipped! I did notice some peeling paint in the bathroom.

Our stay was lovely, with stunning mountain views from the room that truly enhanced our experience. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide array of options and the ability to order fresh eggs. It was a great way to start each day. the coffee served during breakfast could definitely be improved, as it didn’t live up to Colombia's coffee reputation.

Despite these issues, the staff remained exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
